I try God knows I try . I go to therapy. I read the books. I meditate. and just when I think that I'm making progress and I'm ready to let go of the past...my burdens and my negativity... the demon that lives behind my eyes creeps up behind me and Whispers... don't be stupid you are going to need these later. I know I shouldn't but I always end up listening to him and holding onto things that I don't want or need . will I ever let go of this?...I don't know.

hello my name is mark bradley (mark45xxx) I'm an art school graduate but I've been drawing and painting ever since childhood. What can I say about my art? Well it helps me to exercise some of the demons that live in my head. as far back as I can remember whether I was happy sad grieving or depressed I've always had a sketchbook with me. I enjoy drawing and painting wild animals dreamscapes and the power beauty and Grace of the human figure and a few demonic monsters here and there lol hey what can I say sometimes it helps to give those demons a body. hope you see something that you like thank you for your time and please be nice to people enjoy life and make the most of every day.
